We recently went through a similar evaluation. I'd recommend asking each SI to demonstrate an end-to-end implementation approach, governance model, technical architecture, team structure, delivery methodology, post-go-live support, and relevant customer case studies. A practical demo and Q&A session also helps assess their real-world expertise. Good luck with the presentations!
