MID Server timeout period

Anyone know how to change the MID server timeout period? I'm developing an app that pulls data from an external source via API, but the MID server is timing out prior to the script completing, so I'm trying to figure out how I can alter that timeout period.

Not sure how you are running your script, but link has Mid Server parameters which you can search for the correct timeout.   MID Server parameters
