Hello SNUG Members!
We're excited to be hosting the in-person Arizona SNUG Meeting on June 25th at Salt River Project in Tempe.
We continue to refine the agenda as we get closer to the event date and would like to have as many customer presentations as possible. If you are interested in presenting, please email julia.vitale@servicenow.com. To learn more about ways to participate, you can view the SNUG Participation Guide.
Enhancing and accelerating your success with ServiceNow is the focus of SNUG events, and we only have one local SNUG event each year. Space may be limited, so please register today to reserve your spot!
SNUG meetings are one of the best ways to learn from and collaborate with other ServiceNow customers. Whether you are new to ServiceNow or a long-time customer, SNUG meetings will help you on your journey.
You will have the opportunity to network with your peers during breaks, lunch, and afternoon drinks.
We will have an optional pre-SNUG Now Assist for ITSM workshop beginning at 9:30 AM. Check-in for the workshop will begin at 9:00 AM, and check-in for the SNUG will begin at 11:30 AM.
The Now Assist for ITSM Powered by GenAI workshop is designed to help you unlock value with the Now Platform and IT Service Management. Please note: this workshop will focus on significant updates since the last time we ran this workshop.
The workshop covers the following:
Employee Experience: NOW Assist for AI Search and Virtual Agent enhances employee engagement
Agent/Operators Experience: Hands-on with Chat Summarization, Incident Summarization, Incident Resolution, Alert Analysis and Knowledge Article Generation for enhanced productivity
Administrators: With a bonus section for Admin/Developers to get hands-on NOW Assist for Creator experience turning text into workflow, code, playbooks, and a catalog to accelerate the Service Ops journey
