Align Multi-Factor-Authentication (Verify Your Identity)

Hi all, could someone help me on Multi-Factor Authenticator in ServiceNow.

1. (Expected) When i login to Servicenow Dev. Environment the Multi-factor authenticator should ask like Photo 1.

    if I Continue with 1st Option it will go to the Photo 2.

2. (Actually working) But My issue is When i login to Servicenow Dev. Environment the Multi-factor authenticator directly asking  like Photo 2. which is not correct.

Thanks for the response,

we upgraded the servicenow version to Yokohoma
and yeah i verified the properties also its looks good.

This is a feature introduced in the X release, the user's recent used MFA factor will be shown directly upon the next user login. This is expected behaviour.

However, you have the options to change the authentication type by clicking on "Try another login" to access the other factors you have setup or have access to.
