I’ve installed Cisco Catalyst plug-in in Servicenow to check if I can get event level severity as clear in event management.
The ask was to install and check severity could be handled by installing Cisco catalyst.
Would be more helpful if I get clarity over these!!
My queries:
1. Can we get detailed event information from Cisco without Cisco catalyst plug-in integration?
2. I can see that Cisco platform is configured to send event info to Servicenow. Why I’m doing integration to get every info from Cisco?
3. There’s only ITSM integration document seen everywhere. Is there any document to perform configuration to get clear severity of events?
