Evaluation Error

Hi there, I am brand new to the ServiceNow world. Following the lesson on the University portal. I am stuck on the validation of the List and Filters exercise. I have completed the task as suggested, but it's not validating correctly.

Hi @ManikantaGedda ,

can you recheck below

1. list is sorted by Priority 1 -Critical 

2. list also display only active incidents 

3. if any incident in list state is  On Hold.

Try updating it to In Progress and re-run the validation
