Facing issue to open PDI and it is not waking even instance is active state.

Hi Every one,

 

Its been only 5 days I worked on my PDI and when I try to login today, its in hibernate state and not waking up.

Tried many times but still same issue. Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi @Priya60 

 

There is no support for PDI from servicenow. Please release your instance and request a fresh instance.

Note: all work that you haven't  backed up will be lost for good.
