PROD Node Appearing as unknown:<node-name> and The System ID is Changing Every Few Seconds

We are observing unusual behavior in our instance logs where one of the nodes is repeatedly appearing with an ambiguous name in the format:
unknown:Internal-Prod-# (e.g., unknown:Internal-Prod-4, then -3, then -2, etc.)

This change is happening approximately every 2 seconds, and the system_id of the node appears to be regenerating frequently.

Whenever we attempt to modify any field on that node, the changes are automatically overridden within the next 2-second refresh cycle.

Any Ideas 😞 !!

here are six nodes in total — all are marked as Primary and correctly point to Servlet URLs,
except for the one that begins with unknown--- its pointing to port number only.

If anyone has any insights or suggestions, please feel free to share them.
