Good morning,
I don't know in which location to ask my question, sorry.
This weekend the server that sends emails from servicenow, change de ip from 148.139.0.2 to 148.139.1.2.
And my security team, was flooded with ticket about se security of the emails ServiceNow sended about the ticket in process.
Is any way to get a notification, everytime this happens to prevent the SPF (Sender Policy Framework), error on the emails sent by ServiceNow.
As a Admin of my instance, I'm asking for a little warning to prevent my clients stress.
Best regards,

Any IP changes from ServiceNow are communicated through NowSupport (that's also where you should ask your question btw). So if this happened and you are using the ServiceNow infrastructure for this, you should have been informed. If not, raise a complaint with them, because they should have done so.
If you are using your own server to do this, there is nothing we, or ServiceNow can tell you than to ensure that your infra team updates you when they make changes.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
