How to avoid reload site popup.

we are using scoped applications and a workspace, when we click on UI action, sometimes it gives reload site popup, what could be the possible reason or how to avoid that popup when clicking on UI action, there is no certain reproduceable steps, it is an unusual behavior.

Hi,

This would happen only if there were some unsaved changes on the form you're working on, and the UI action wants to leave the form (some kind of redirect).

You can see this in the screenshot provided, by the little green dot that in front of the Record number (PAC000...) in the tab header.

yes, because on first click on UI action, we display a mandatory field on form to fill, once user fills the value and again click on same UI action, then sometimes we get that popup but not every time. How we can avoid that popup.
