Hi, I am interested in becoming part of servicenow ecosystem. I work as consultant in Canada and want to get access to ServiceNow resources so that I can start my agency and help companies innovate and integrate into servicenow ecosystem. I have clients in P&C insurance domain. Can servicenow help me get access to its resources like partner? I saw there is fees to paid in order to become partner. Is it possible to get this fees waived off for startups?
Thank you!

Here's some context: to become a ServiceNow partner, one of the (many) requirements is to demonstrate a successful history in business. So no startups are granted partner status, certainly not for free.
