I'm unable to schedule the CSA certification exam because of the accommodations I have selected while register the exam.  Please help me how to remove the accommodation or help me how to schedule the exam.

Hi @nilniharika,

 

the accommodations are new (started on 18th Nov) so it's a new thing, not sure how the training centres are aligned with that...

Best way for you is to contact ServiceNow University Team in the Help Centre, there's Create case on the right side.
