Hello community,
I am working on a complex use case on AI agents, but I am stuck at a point. I want to trigger the Use case/ AI agent when an email hits the instance. So, for this I tried the Inbound Email Action trigger in the conditions, but it it not triggering at all. It should automatically trigger and then execute the part, but it's not working.
Can you help me with this issue.

Can you share your setup? And also check on what the email log is stating?
And is there any reason you are using inbound actions instead of inbound flows?
