• Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementer
• Now Assist for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer
• Now Assist for Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementer
• Now Assist Essentials (2025 Q2 Store Release) 
• Now Assist for Creator Implementer 
• Now Assist AI Agents Deep Dive
