Need Career Guidance

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I’m Prem , and I recently completed my Master’s degree. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in ServiceNow and earned my Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

I’ve been practicing and learning modules like:

  • Catalog Items & Workflows

  • Flow Designer and Business Rules

  • CMDB Configuration and Discovery

  • Script Includes and UI Policies

Now that I’ve completed my Master’s, I’m ready to take the next step — building a career as a ServiceNow Developer.

I’d love to hear advice from professionals on:

  • What’s the best path to start a career in ServiceNow after graduation?

  • How can I gain hands-on experience or find my first ServiceNow job?

Any guidance, suggestions, or personal experiences would mean a lot.

Thank you to everyone who supports learners like me in this community!

— Prem
