We have a static link embedded in a Catalog form that redirects to the Knowledge homepage. This link is intended to open the page with a pre-applied search filter. But the filter condition is not being applied when we click on the link.
However, when we refresh the page, it works as expected and the filter condition is applied.
On the initial attempt, the filter condition is not applied; however, sometimes it works as expected in subsequent attempts. We have also observed that when the link is opened in an incognito window, the filter condition consistently fails to apply.
Could you please help us understand the cause of this issue and suggest a possible solution?
