When we export the Incident form to PDF, The downloaded pdf has the HTML tags for the journal fields with Email attachments/updates in the work notes. Especially, those work notes are updated by the integration users as an email update in the work note. How we can overcome the html tags in the downloaded pdf, can you please suggest on this.

It seems its the expected behavior with hyperlinks but it shouldnt be happening for Email updates in the work notes I believe

Could you check/share the inbound action script that updates the work notes, if you're handling the HTML tags there?
