Hello Atlanta User Group!
We are very excited to announce our first VIRTUAL User Group meeting, taking place on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 1:00pm - 4:30pm. Mark your calendars! We will be joining forces with the Alabama User Group to bring you a day of fantastic content.

Prior to the SNUG, we will be hosting an OPTIONAL Advanced Reporting Workshop from 10:00am - 12:00pm. This advanced lab is jam-packed with the knowledge you need to bring your reports to the next level. What you will learn in this Course:
- Enhance and extend your reports with reusable Data sources and Multiple Data Sets
- Implement Related List Conditions and Filters to effectively join multiple tables
- Improve your data visualizations using Report Ranges
- Report on External data through imported Excel files
- Answer questions quickly with the ad-hoc capabilities of Interactive Analysis
- Share your data insights with stakeholders using interactive Dashboards
You’ll walk away from this session with an excellent understanding of the most commonly used reporting features, knowing how to deliver practical reports to your organization. Prerequisite: Reporting 101 or some ServiceNow reporting experience. recommended.
After the SNUG, we’ll be hosting an optional happy hour where we will be joined by a mixologist who will walk us though mixing up two delicious beverages for you to enjoy during happy hour!
In preparation, you will find the ingredient list attached so you can stock up prior the SNUG on Thursday.
