Preferred Experience:

• Experience administering and supporting AE’s ServiceNow platform and its integrations with other 24×7×365 enterprise dependent applications such as SailPoint and Workday through out-of-the-box ServiceNow and custom APIs, and other integrating technologies.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and vendors on SaaS model platforms to ensure enterprise-wide lifecycle management, patch and vulnerability management; and implementing such upgrades, enhancements and patches.
• Demonstrated understanding of on-prem and cloud-hosted enterprise technology stacks and the ability to interpret and explain architecture diagrams to all levels of the organization.
• Experience with programming tools with the ability to develop scripts to solve business problems and enhance application platforms; ability to writes database reports to facilitate database analysis, testing, and debug. Preferred tools include Java script, ServiceNow APIs (server and client), SQL, Glide APIs, JSON, HTML, XML.
• Experience executing on, documenting and communicating technologies, roadmaps, processes, and procedures (and demonstrating compliance therewith) including access management, vulnerability management, risk assessment, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
