Is there anything in Rome for these situations of "several users, one email address"?

No. We have not addressed this use case yet.


Another thing to note regarding the "one user, several personas" feature is that it was built for a CSM use-case, which got delayed to future releases. So we are planning to disable this feature out of the box (through a property), until CSM starts using it.
