When we try to add a knowledge article without can read and cannot read user criteria's as we are controlling the access at knowledge base level, the utility is throwing an error
"The Add to Update Set Utility encountered an error: Cannot convert null to an object in script global.addToUpdateSetUtils on line number 1010"
