Hi @sheker - I've attempted to replicate your issue, but I'm unable to do so - addition of KB articles using ATUS is working normally on my test instance. I fear this may be unique to your instance or unique to your KB setup. The code for ATUS is not protected - you can trace all of the logic within the 'addToUpdateSetUtils' script include. I encourage you to trace the code, introduce additional logging, and try to isolate the issue. The code is well documented and should be easy to follow. Furthermore, we track the code on github @ https://github.com/bhollifield/atus. We welcome and appreciate pull requests whenever a user is able to find and correct an issue.
