I’ve done something similar before, and it really streamlined a lot of processes for our team. Once everything was set up, tasks would automatically sync between systems, saving so much time on manual entry.
One thing I learned from that experience is the importance of double-checking your account settings and permissions. It can get tricky if something’s off, especially with Dynamics accounts.
Also, while setting up FIELDBOSS Software for service management, I realized how important it is to have seamless integrations too. The ease of syncing service data without issues really helped us keep everything organized and up-to-date.
