Feedback Forge is designed to streamline the feedback process within organizations, ensuring that valuable insights from employees or users are efficiently collected, evaluated, and acted upon. Hereβs how it works: π Feedback Submission Form: Users can easily submit their feedback through a user-friendly form, which includes fields for feedback category, description, and type, ensuring that all relevant details are captured. π¬ Initial Review by Feedback Team: Once submitted, feedback forms are automatically routed to the Feedback Team via email for an initial review, ensuring prompt attention to all submissions. π Approval Workflow: The Feedback Team assesses each submission and forwards it to the Feedback Approval Team for a final decision on acceptance or rejection. π§ Notification System: If accepted, users receive a confirmation email acknowledging their feedback and outlining the next steps. If rejected, users are promptly informed via email, providing clarity on the decision.
