I have tried configuring additional team columns(e.g. "Promotion Eligible") but i do not see that information even on expanded employee card. If i try to make the additional team column with order as "1" then i can see that column on the card view or list view. But if I change order to and it is not part of the top 3 column then i do not see that information anywhere.

Is the "promotion eligible" info suppose to show up here or not?
