Good morning @Rozmin Parpia - this article is great - thank you. I'm trying to follow your instructions, but I'm getting an access error when trying to create the process configuration.
'You don't have required access to the knowledge table for viewing this configuration.'
I have been able to create the process configuration for Incident (I have the sn_process_optimization_power_user role), and I have the knowledge admin role.
Any suggestions as to what the issue might be here?
