Field Service Module - PDF summary for WorkOrders?

Hi guys,

      Is there someone that have some experience with the Field Service Module?

With the Istanbul release ServiceNow, introduced a new functionality within the module:

PDF summary for work orders

Create a PDF for a work order that includes a summary of the completed work and the name and signature of the customer.

This feature is available for work orders that are Closed Complete or Closed Incomplete. The summary includes the completed tasks, parts used and returned, incidental expenses, and the time required to complete the work. The PDF also includes the name and signature of the customer.

After a work order has been closed, the system generates a message with a link to the work order form, which displays both the Sign & Confirm button in the form header and the Sign & Confirm related link. Use either the button or link to open the Signature Pad popup window. After the customer enters a name and electronic signature, the information is confirmed and a PDF is generated and attached to the work order.

Do you know, if this PDF can be modified?

Also if multiple PDF's with different content can be available e.g. different language?

I saw this while looking for information on how to enable this feature, for those that are looking, you need to go to the all menu Field Service -> Administration -> Configuration. In the "Add-ons" tab there is a section labeled "Signature Capture and PDF Order Summary". This is where you can find the options to enable this feature if you have FSM installed.
