Hi guys,
Is there someone that have some experience with the Field Service Module?
With the Istanbul release ServiceNow, introduced a new functionality within the module:
PDF summary for work orders
Create a PDF for a work order that includes a summary of the completed work and the name and signature of the customer.
This feature is available for work orders that are Closed Complete or Closed Incomplete. The summary includes the completed tasks, parts used and returned, incidental expenses, and the time required to complete the work. The PDF also includes the name and signature of the customer.
After a work order has been closed, the system generates a message with a link to the work order form, which displays both the Sign & Confirm button in the form header and the Sign & Confirm related link. Use either the button or link to open the Signature Pad popup window. After the customer enters a name and electronic signature, the information is confirmed and a PDF is generated and attached to the work order.
Do you know, if this PDF can be modified?
Also if multiple PDF's with different content can be available e.g. different language?
Regards
Ventsi Dobrev

Hello Ventsi,
Not sure about modification but maybe you can create a custom one. This might help:

Hey Ventsi, I don't have too much personal experience with this, but I have come accross similar things in the community, you might also find this helpful:

Thanks for the suggestions guys, however i am not looking just for a pdf generation. The functionality that is out of the box with the signing of the document is also very important. So if i can generate a stand alone pdf, i would need to sign it as well somehow. The problem is that this would be an offical legal document, thus a template change is required, otherwise the out of the box functionality works perfect.
mitzaka Do you know, if i can contact someone from servicenow to check my case?

ventsislav - best case scenario, if you have a key account representative with ServiceNow. Then he / she can route your question to the most appropriate internal team they have for that.
