Are there any topics you would like discussed at the July '14 SNUG?
Also, are there any format changes or do you have any ideas to make this SNUG better? If you're not comfortable posting publicly, please feel free to message me personally.
I look forward to our next meeting.
Thank you,
Chris

I had mentioned to our vendor that maybe having specific SNUGs would generate more participation - suggested was Knowledgebase, Request Items/Workflows, Reports, Applications, etc... Where is the July SNUG going to be held?

Thanks for the reply Jenifer. That makes sense. So I'm understanding you correctly, you're suggesting that we pick a theme for the meeting and relate it to a core competency, correct? If so, what competency would you suggest we focus on?
Asset management, Change Management, etc?
Another thought, what if we focused on two or three that are related? My thought for this is that it may keep more of the audience engaged and help others tie the processes together.
The next SNUG will be held at the Hyatt on Rocky Point in Tampa on July 23, 2014.

Here are some group suggestions....
Incident, Problem, Knowledgebase or Incident, Problem, Change
Reporting, Survey Mgmt
Service Catalog, Workflow Mgmt
CMDB, Assest Mgmt.
Personally, I would like to learn more about Workflow Mgmt - how to combine (insert) workflows, understanding UI policies and how to change the "look" of the Service Request form (field placement, color schemes, sectioning)

Hi Chris,
I like yours and Jenifer's suggestions.
Here's something I'd be interested in:
1: Service Now discovery (Config management) and its integration with IM, PM and CM.
2: Application Discovery and Business service modelling.
Do we need to wait until you provide us a link to register for the event ?
Kindly oblige.
Thanks,
Praveen
