Hello everyone! I'm new to ServiceNow, I just got my CSA. Lesson learned BTW, take the exam on-site at USF. Even with the TSA level security checks, signing my name 6 times because it didn't match my ID, Webassessor was so much worse.   I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good first project to build in the PDI to help build my credibility with hiring managers.
