Hello SNUG Members!
We are excited to be planning the next Central Florida SNUG in February/March (date TBD) and are looking for customers who want to host or present.
- Present: SNUG presentations are typically 30-minutes in length - the perfect amount of time to share your best practice or share/demo an innovation!
- Host: Show off your company and invite peers to attend!
- Help plan: Consider being a co-leader to assist with defining the agenda and priorities for the event
We are also looking for a ServiceNow partner to sponsor! All Specialist, Premier, Elite and Build partners are eligible to sponsor SNUG events. Here are some of the benefits of sponsoring the SNUG:
- 30 minutes at the SNUG meeting to present a customer case study or use case
- Display area at the registration check-in area to share branded materials or giveaways and to welcome SNUG members
- Logo on email invitations and community
- Exclusive partner representation at the event
Don’t miss out! Apply to sponsor on the Partner Portal – Marketing > Events > SNUG Events
The SNUG Customer Participation Guide provides detailed information about various ways customers can participate in the SNUG! It also includes best practices for presenting at or hosting a SNUG event.
Please take a moment to complete this brief SNUG planning survey we created to gather your input on presentation and workshop topics!
Please reach out to me if you are interested in sponsoring, presenting, hosting, or participating as a SNUG Leader.

Hey Alex, I was wondering what is the cost and process for sponsoring at the next Meet up? How many people typically attend the Meet ups? If we sponsor the Meet up, do we automatically get a chance to present a use case?
