How do you label services or requests? For example, if you have a payroll service for global or if you have a service for Benefits how do you label it regionally or when the service is for HR only?

For HR cases, HR Case Management should be utilized where cases can be grouped by the HR Service like shown below:

@AndersBGS Thank you for your reply, my question is specifically about the audience who should see the service. For example, your payroll service and benefits service how do you label it for different audiences? Like, if the service is global, or U.S. only how is that labeled in your platform?
