Hi @kirangold,
Looking at your screenshots, you missed the very first step which is to impersonate Platform User - you've made those changes as System Administrator:
Take your time and read through the instructions fully before completing them as you need to ensure your lab instances matches exactly what is expected in order to validate successfully.

✅ What You Should Do
1️⃣ Go to User Preferences → Display
Turn OFF “Show help tips on forms”
2️⃣ Go to User Preferences → Accessibility
Turn OFF “Show date and time formats on forms”
3️⃣ Click Save (very important)
4️⃣ Log out and log back in (or refresh the instance)
5️⃣ Click Validate Task again
🔎 Why It Failed
The lab checks whether you changed the setting from its original state.
If it was already ON and you left it ON, validation fails

Hello @kirangold ,
Have you turn on/off that preference settings to validate your task ? Once do that and then login again and validate your task .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya
