thank you for sharing, may I ask you where is this picture taken from? It seems to be too correct to be gen AI but the colour palette is too rainbow-ish to be SN official, or am I wrong? 😄 Please share the source.

Hey @GlideFather - yeah, you're right, it's definitely not official ServiceNow collateral. I saw something very similar circulating on LinkedIn a couple of weeks ago. Again that one wasn't office.
