Software asset Management and IT Service Management Exam not reflecting after the Pearson conversion

The scheduled exams for Certified Software Asset Management (18th Dec 2025) and Certified IT Service Management (10th Dec 2025) are not reflecting on my new ID after the Pearson conversion from Webassessor. Before the transition, I checked with the Webassessor helpdesk, and they advised me not to take any action as the exams would automatically appear. However, they are still not visible on my new ID. I have also raised a case with ServiceNow (CS0567442), but I have not received any response yet.
