Webassessor Login ID

how can i change My Login ID to webassessor ? I created a random Login and then I found out it must be exactly as my email address . as a results Vouchers are not working

Hi @saraelsheri ,

Please keep the same login ID but update the active/required email address in the Webassessor portal.
After that, go to the Now Learning portal and link your Webassessor account by entering the same email address.

If the issue still persists, kindly raise a case through the Now Learning portal for further assistance.
