Unable to find Username and password in Email received from Service now in - "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library."

Check for an email with the subject "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library" - this email should contain your username and password.

 

The email in your screenshot looks like the one you receive when you already have an Inkling account and are being given access to another eBook.
