Hi all,
I am using Contract Management Pro and DocuSign integration to sign my documents. I used the word add-in to configure my templates (mostly signature blocks and data mappings).
This is my word template:
The thing is that when I generate a document in ServiceNow, it looks like this:
Which causes that when I send the document for signature (in the contract workspace), the document that is received in DocuSign looks like this:
I'm wondering if there is a wrong configuration. Do you have any idea why this is happening? or is this just normal?
Thanks in advance

Hello @Fer Ortiz ,
The DocuSign control tags are seen due to the font colour applied to the tagged text. To prevent these tags from appearing, you can set the font colour of the tagged text to match the document’s background colour before inserting content controls for signatures or signatories.
Hope this helps resolving your issue.

Hi Fer, changing of the text to the background color is normal behavior and is what is recommended by Docusign in their support documentation. The integration is essentially using their "auto place" tags which will recognize the text then place the appropriate signature tags on the document. This process does not alter the underlying document, thus the text needs to be in white font.
