I have 5 years of IT experience I haven't worked on service now,
But i want to shift my career plan to service now, I have covered ITSM(CSA) topics & started giving interviews
But the expectation was not only ITSM when i say 3years experience on service now.
Interviewers are expecting any other Module HRSD/CMDB/SecOps
what's the best module to go next and easy to learn any suggestions🙂
