Configure closure button on resolution template sent to users

Hi, 

 

So what I'm trying to do is on the template that is sent to the user when a ticket is resolved, add a way to for the user to confirm closure of the ticket which will then take the ticket from resolved to closed rather than waiting 3 days for it to auto close.

 

Is this possible to configure?

Hi @joshmorris ,

OOB, the end user can close the Ticket from the Actions drop down menu, once the Ticket is Resolved.

When I impersonate a user and go to the portal this is what I get, is there another way for the user to confirm closure and then state goes from resolved to closed.

Hi @joshmorris ,
Click on the FW: Mobile Hotspot Query, it will open another page.
It has Actions Widget.
