Hi,
We currently have a form like the photo below sent to users when a ticket is resolved. How do i access this and go about editing it?

Goto Filter Navigator and find the Notifications module and a list of notifications will be opened you can search with the subject name, inside that email and script will be there and you can update anything as per your requirements.
