How can I transfer Banner anouncement?

Hi, 

I'd like to ask is there any way to transfer the setting of banner anouncement from dev instance to the client instance, such as using XML or update sets?
Or do I have to set it one by one every time?

Hello @GaominZ 

You need not to configure in each instance seperately.

OOB, banner announcements are not captured in update set.

You have to export xmls of those records from instance to other instance.

I have just checked in my instance 

You to export xmls from sys_ux_banner_announcement.(Make sure the groups reflected in Target instance too)

Also associated configurations under that banner announcement.

I sucessfully transfer it. 
It turns out that I accidently export an execl file instead of XMLs lol
