How to make a module favorite to a group of people and it should be visible to all the group people

I want to add favorite to the module and it should be applied to a group of people and when we impersonate to the user which is a part of that group, then it should be visible for that particular persons as well.

That’s not possible because the module are personalized, and the  cannot be shared. So, what you’re looking for isn’t possible. You can create lists, etc. and share .

there is no out of the box way for this but you can use a custom script to handle this

create records into "sys_ui_bookmark" table with that module for those users, there is another table also involved "sys_ui_bookmark_group"

see below when I marked favorite it created record in that table for my profile
