How to setup Delegation option in NowMoblie

Hi Team,

 

 

In the Employee Center (EC) Portal, we have the "Manage Request Delegation" option available for all users. Is it possible to add or enable the same functionality in Now Mobile? If yes, could you please share the recommended approach or any available configuration?

I have created an Approvals tab in the Employee Center Portal using a custom widget. Can custom widgets be added and displayed in Now Mobile as well? If not, what would be the alternative approach to achieve similar functionality in Now Mobile?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

"On-demand delegations can be performed with the Employee Center or the ServiceNow® mobile."
