Regarding client script

I have created a client script and its working fine on catalog item.Like when the opportunity field is selected end customer, territory fields are populated.
So when i am transferring the request to this catalog item, requester should manually fill the request so in this case when i select the opportunity filed other fields are not populating(in native view)
Whats the problem?

Did you select UI type to ALL and selected apply to catalog item is true. please select Onchange field properly
