Hello SN Community,
I'm currently in the process of building a CoPilot agent for ServiceNow. I was able to connect successfully to our DEV instance and add two tables (incident and sys_user) rather easily within CoPilot Studio.
The issue I'm having is trying to get the agent to respond with what I'm asking for. For example, asking the agent to give me a list of my open incidents. The agent does respond, but gives me a list of ALL open incidents rather than just my open incidents.
After further research, I found a video tutorial on how to create the topic needed to do exactly this. Unfortunately it still doesn't seem to be working as expected.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or was anyone able to successfully accomplish configuring a CoPilot Agent for ServiceNow?
