we are raising the incident from Service portal location and department are not populated

we are trying to populate location and department details on incident form using on change client script but some of the tickets having but some of them are not in production not able to reproduce the issue in development and test instance.

Hi Khasim, 

 

I see that it's related to data issue. There might be 3 chances. 

 

1) Data is not present in location table.

2) Data removed by user

3) Sometimes, getReff won't be suitable Nd better to use glide Ajax.

 

Best practices is using Glide Ajax.
