Abstract:
ChatOps is a collaboration model that connects people, tools, process, and automation into a transparent workflow. See ChatOps in action using Slack and ServiceNow to restore service outages from the beach, hotel, or anywhere. We'll discuss the architecture and implementation, followed by a complete live demonstration involving service outage resolution. The demo will encompass interactions including notification, impact analysis, triage, knowledge, remediation, verification, and closure.
