Individual Developer Access to Now Assist and AI Agent Studio

Hello Community,

I am currently learning ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, and I would like to build small prototype solutions for personal learning and experimentation.

I understand that Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) do not include Now Assist features by default. Therefore, I would like to ask:

  • Is there any way for individual developers to obtain access to Now Assist or AI Agent Studio?

  • Are there any paid developer licenses, evaluation instances, trial programs, or temporary sandbox environments available?

  • Has anyone successfully obtained access outside of an enterprise customer environment?

  • Are there any recommended alternatives for learning and experimenting with these AI capabilities?

My goal is purely educational and prototype development. I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations from the community.

Hi @SENAYC 

 

Now Assist and Agentic AI features are restricted and cannot be activated on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) due to operational and licensing costs.

 

Agent AI, NowAssist, full feature of Predictive intelligence is not available in PDI.

In Client Instance sub-prods also , this Agentic AI, Now assist plugin is not available until and unless its paid (even for sub-prod).

 

Only thing you can do..

go through Learning courses and check the videos .
