Abstract:
In this session with Expedia, we describe how if you need access to a non-csv file, you often need to get creative on how you will be accessing that file. This is particularly true when it comes to retrieving larger files within an internal network. We've built a repeatable and scalable solution using virtual directories, and a custom retrieval infrastructure within ServiceNow that will be able to obtain these files over REST and parse through it's contents.
